Be accurate, professional, and fair.
These standards apply to profiles, jobs, applications, assignments, submissions, reviews, messages, files, and support requests.
Represent yourself honestly
- Use accurate identity, experience, portfolio, device, and organization information.
- Do not impersonate another person or publish work you do not have permission to use.
- Disclose conflicts that could materially affect a review or assignment.
Communicate professionally
- No harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, stalking, doxxing, or targeted humiliation.
- Do not pressure someone to communicate, pay, or share personal information outside the agreed workflow.
- Critique work and evidence specifically. Reviews must describe a real, relevant interaction.
Protect systems and information
- Follow assignment scope, confidentiality terms, and applicable law.
- Do not upload malware, exploit code intended for harm, stolen data, credentials, or content that violates another person’s rights.
- Never probe Many itself or another user’s systems without explicit, written authorization.
Keep marketplace outcomes genuine
- No fake applications, fabricated evidence, review trading, collusion, duplicate accounts used to evade restrictions, or manipulation of ratings and balances.
- Clients must describe requirements before selection and review submitted work against those requirements.
- Testers must submit their own observations and accurately describe the environment and time spent.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, Many may warn a user, limit content, suspend publication, restrict an account, preserve evidence, reverse an invalid workflow through compensating records, or cooperate with lawful requests. Reports are assessed in context; a report does not guarantee a requested outcome.
