For independent professionals

1. Create the profile that matches your work. Developers, designers, testers, and clients provide role-specific information.
2. Preview before publishing. Drafts remain private until publication requirements and the stated listing fee are satisfied.
3. Keep your public record useful. Update availability, rates, work examples, and contact preferences as circumstances change.

For clients running a test

1. Describe the product and the evidence required. Include access instructions, tasks, devices, deadlines, confidentiality terms, and prohibited actions.
2. Fund the rewards. The listing charge and tester reward funding are separate. Assignments do not start against unfunded rewards.
3. Review applications and assign testers. Selection should follow the published requirements and never ask applicants for off-platform payment.
4. Review submitted evidence fairly. Approve complete work or request a specific revision. Rejection must include a reason.

For testers

1. Apply only when you can meet the device, location, language, access, and deadline requirements.
2. Follow the permitted test plan. Do not access unrelated data, run destructive tests, or retain confidential material after the assignment.
3. Submit reproducible findings with the requested screenshots, recordings, environment details, and time spent.
4. Approved rewards move through the recorded ledger and become eligible for a payout request under the current minimum.
