Include the account email, what changed, and the approximate time. Do not send a password, recovery token, session cookie, or one-time code.

Payments and payouts

Include the internal payment or payout ID, purpose, amount, currency, date, and provider reference. Never send full payment credentials.

Safety and conduct

Include the relevant user, job, assignment, report, or dispute ID and preserve the original message or evidence.

Before writing

Review how the workflow operates and the safety guidance.
Use the refund policy for a payment that may be refundable.
Use the dispute process for unresolved assignment or evidence disagreements.
Check system status for a known availability problem.

Response and records

Support prioritizes account security, active payment issues, and immediate safety reports. Many may retain the request and relevant records to resolve the matter, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and preserve an audit trail.
